User Agreement
This text is a legally careful draft for APB Trade and should be reviewed and finalized by the service owner and, if necessary, legal counsel.
1. General Provisions
APB Trade is a fan-made user service for publishing in-game trade offers. The service is not affiliated with APB Reloaded, Little Orbit, GamersFirst, or other rightsholders. By using the website, the user agrees to these Terms.
2. Registration and Account Access
The user must provide a valid e-mail address during registration, is responsible for preserving access to the account, and must not transfer the account for abuse or unlawful activity.
3. User Content
Trade listings, characters, and reputation comments are created by users. The user is responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they publish. Offensive content, threats, personal data of third parties, spam, fraud, and unlawful content are prohibited.
4. Trade Offers
The website is an information platform for publication of trade offers. The administration is not a party to transactions between players and does not guarantee that users will fulfill agreements. Each user evaluates transaction risks independently.
5. Reputation System
Users may leave +1 or -1 reputation and optionally a comment. Only one active vote between two users is intended at a time. Comments must remain appropriate. The administration may edit, clear, or delete comments or votes in case of violations. Reputation may affect account restrictions, including automatic shadowban when a configured negative threshold is reached.
6. Moderation
The administration may remove trade listings, comments, restrict accounts, and apply shadowban or ban measures for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, spam, toxicity, circumvention of restrictions, or harm to the service.
7. Shadowban
An account may be hidden from public listings and other public outputs. Automatic shadowban may be triggered by the reputation system. Removal of shadowban is made at the discretion of the administration.
8. Account Deletion
A user may request account deletion through the website interface. After the request, the account is immediately hidden from public sections. The user has 7 days to cancel deletion. After that period, the account is anonymized. Reputation votes and comments may remain in anonymized form as part of the service history.
9. Intellectual Property
Rights to APB Reloaded belong to the relevant rightsholders. APB Trade does not claim those rights. The user must not upload or publish materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. The administration is not responsible for transactions between users, does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and is not responsible for actions of users.
11. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the website after changes are published means the user accepts the updated version.
